Do you charge extra for shipping?

Orders over $25 ship free. Other orders will incur an additional shipping charge of $1.95.

How do you ship my orders?

Our system automatically chooses the most efficient shipping method from UPS, USPS or FedEx to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Discount Surgical does not charge a handling or packaging fee.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS and FedEx do not handle or deliver packages on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). USPS does not handle or deliver packages on Sunday.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or to an APO?

Yes. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box or APO will be shipping via USPS only.

Do you ship international?

Yes. At checkout, select the destination country for a shipping quote to that country.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. Note: Online ordering is not included in this option. To place an order for pickup, please call customer service at 800-982-0939.
